5.When placing an order with Montpellier Beauty UK Ltd, you are making us an offer to purchase the goods within that order. We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel it at any time.
All products are subject to availability. When an order is placed, the availability of the product is stated. However as there may be a delay between the time an order is placed and the time it is processed, the availability of a product may change. If a product becomes unavailable, we shall notify you as soon as possible, along with an estimated delivery date. If this delivery date is unacceptable to you, you may cancel your order.
You can buy products from us using your debit or credit card. We accept most UK debit/credit cards. We use PayPal to provide a secure purchasing environment online. They handle all debit and credit payments. After completing your order through PayPal, you will receive an email confirmation of your order from them. This does not guarantee our final acceptance of the order. If your order is accepted, you will receive an email from us to confirm the order once the product is despatched. You will receive an email notifying you when all products ordered have been despatched. In cases where products are coming from different suppliers, products will be despatched separately.
6.We aim to deliver within the period stated along side the product. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. Please check the goods on delivery. If they are delivered damaged or faulty then you must inform us within 7 days of delivery. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged or faulty on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7.You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods, providing you take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. Please email our returns department if you wish to do so at returns@montpellier-beauty.co.uk
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, we will give you a full refund* or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the cost of postage and packaging is non-refundable except where the product is faulty.
You must contact us first before returning an item, by emailing our returns department returns@montpellier-beauty.co.uk. In your email please include your order number, product catalogue number, your reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. When returning goods they must be returned by recorded delivery.
