Returning a Product

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, we will give you a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the return cost of postage and packaging is at your cost except where the product is faulty.

You must contact us first before returning an item, by emailing our returns department returns@montpellier-beauty.co.uk. In your email please include your order number, product catalogue number, your reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Please wait for the full Returns Procedure before making a return. Failure to do so will delay any refund. Different products come from different suppliers, and will need to be returned to the correct address. When returning goods they must be returned by recorded delivery.
