Our delivery charge is £4.99 per item. An additional charge may be applicable for heavy weight items.

Returning a Product

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, we will give you a full refund* or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the cost of postage and packaging is non-refundable except where the product is faulty.

You must contact us first before returning an item, by emailing our returns department returns@montpellier-beauty.co.uk. In your email please include your order number, product catalogue number, your reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. When returning goods they must be returned by recorded delivery.

You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods, providing you take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. Please email our returns department if you wish to do so at returns@montpellier-beauty.co.uk
