I love my original version of Nail Envy from OPI and have been using it regularly since November as it has been doing wonders for my nails. I actually have lovely long nails when usually my nails are quite brittle and snap easily!

My bottle of the original version has just run out so I needed to repurchase and I found a great bargain on Amazon. A duo set containing a 15ml bottle of the original formulation plus a 15ml bottle of the matte version for only £14. I hadn’t used the matte version before however I figured at that price it’s always worth having a back-up.

I’ve applied 2 coats of the matte version to my nails and I actually really like the results. The matte version seems to have a more whitish finish which makes my nails look manicured and the finish is more shiny than I expected. I would definitely buy this again as you can usually pick up the matte version for about £8 and it keeps my nails just as strong as the original formulation.
