How to Apply Lipstick
Thursday, February 8th, 2007For gorgeous looking lips, start by removing all colour from you your lips. To prevent smudging, foundation can be applied to the lips. Then, using a neutral coloured lip pencil, draw an outline around your lips. Next, work the lipstick onto your lips, gradually working towards the outline. Now you can admire you gorgeous lips in the mirror!
